We have more often than not been put in a situation where we want to say no but obligingly acceded . Though at the spur of the moment we consented, we later regret at being so moldable . It occurs to us that we as an individual seem to have no entity worth enforcing, only one worth acquiescing. But this is not the rule that the nature has taught us. Had that been so, many feats that dazzle our claustrophobic mindscape would at the first place never have occurred.

However we human beings have least bothered but to offer ourselves for a quid pro quo. But one thing we must realize that in this world everyone is so much occupied with himself, to expect goodies from them will be too much for the asking . If we cannot take care of ourselves, how can we expect others to do so for us? It is just a quintessential case of handling the baton to others and let the others heads roll for the very evitable loss the. Is it not in everyone of us to find a scapegoat for every act gone awry.

The one thing that strikes me in this discussion is the relevance of the adage, that to please everyone is too displease oneself. This is so rampant in today’s capitalized society where ‘NO’ as such has been removed from the lexicon. In a materialistic world , where the needs of every human seems to have no bounds, where the capitalists offer the nirvana in the form of a protagonist “The Boss”, on whose shoulder rests the fate of your desires, saying no is nothing less than an act of defiance .

In a country like ours ,where the democratic institutions and values have been upbraided, marauded, abused where supreme power rests in the hands of a few , where power without responsibility comes naturally , sycophancy cannot evade it’s landscape. The prolific news channels and the power monger politicians are just the one’s who have been propagating this. With an eye on the TRP ratings and the least regard to ethos of public opinion building, they come out with ambiguous views which even a decipherer would find too troublesome to deconstruct. This is done with sole idea of not displeasing. FUCK!!!!

However these bigots can afford to for they seek personal goal derivation, but the people who seem to be intimidating them as role models, such morons are in for trouble. You can fool others but you cannot fool yourself . Decisiveness, Objective evaluation and unwavering commitment cannot for long be put in the backburner. You have but no other way to consent to their might. This is the point we seem to be missing . And mark your presence with ‘NO’.
